Upon arrival at the location, it is important to inform us that you already have a scheduled booking and to contact the instructor, who will be aware of your arrival.
Our adventure begins at the CSCVL club headquarters on São Conrado Beach, where we complete your registration and issue your flight ticket. Then, we head up to the Pedra Bonita ramp, where our takeoff takes place. The Pedra Bonita ramp is also a beautiful scenic viewpoint.
Before takeoff, the passenger is equipped with all safety gear and receives an instructional briefing and training on the procedures for a safe and smooth takeoff. The flight is an indescribable experience of freedom.
Our flight has an average minimum duration of 5–7 minutes and may last longer depending on current weather conditions, but we always aim to fly for as long as possible.
The landing takes place on the same São Conrado Beach, Rio de Janeiro. The adventure is recorded in HD with cameras carried during the flight. After landing, the videos will be available for purchase and download.
When you make a booking, you will receive a link with the meeting point address and the instructor’s contact number. You will also receive instructions and tips to help you make the most of your adventure.
Up to 24–48 hours before the flight, we will contact you to confirm the weather forecast and meteorological conditions.
ATTENTION:
Please note that the booking does not guarantee that the flight will take place, as it depends on favorable weather conditions. If it is not possible to take off due to atmospheric conditions such as rain or strong winds, the flight may be rescheduled or canceled at the client’s discretion, with no additional cost.

Do I need to have any prior knowledge or special skills to fly tandem?
No, you do not need any prior knowledge or special skills to fly tandem. All necessary guidance will be provided before the flight by the instructors.
What is tandem instruction flight?
Tandem instruction flight, also called just Tandem Flight, is a two-seater paragliding or hang gliding flight, where the pilot/instructor controls the aircraft and the passenger experiences free flight and decides whether to continue the pilot course or simply want to experience a tandem flight.
Who can fly tandem?
Tandem flights are permitted by law for people over the age of 18. People over the age of 14 can fly as long as they are accompanied by a guardian and have written authorization signed by the legal guardian.
How can I guarantee my appointment time?
To guarantee your appointment time, you must pay the R$50.00 booking fee and send proof of payment to the school. The fee will be deducted from the cost of the flight.
What happens if the weather conditions are not favorable on the day of my flight?
In case of unfavorable weather conditions (such as rain or strong winds), the flight may be rescheduled or canceled, according to your preference.
What should I wear for the tandem flight?
We recommend comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities. Closed-toe shoes and a light jacket are ideal for ensuring comfort during the flight.
Can I change the date of my flight?
Yes, it is possible to change the date of your flight. Changes made up to 48 hours before the scheduled date can be made at no additional cost.
What should I do if I need to cancel my flight?
Contact usIf you need to cancel your flight, please contact us as soon as possible. For cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled date, the booking fee will be fully refounded, for cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours in advance, 50% of the booking fee will be charged. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, the booking fee will not be refunded.
